An International Baccalaureate Diploma, including English HL or SL is required for admission.
Prerequisite courses can be presented at either the Standard or Higher Level.
For programs with a Math prerequisite, Mathematics SL or HL is required. “Math Studies” is not acceptable.
A total score of 27, not including bonus points, is required for admission consideration. Most programs require a significantly higher score.
If you are currently enrolled in the IB Diploma program, you must submit your predicted IB results (1-7 scale), confirmation that you are completing the full IB Diploma, a current transcript including any mid-term/mid-year results available, and complete the online self-reported grades form
A grade point average of B+ or higher
Scores of at least 630 on each section of the Redesigned SAT and scores of at least 6 in each section of the Essay, OR, an ACT Composite score of least 28 and ACT Writing Score of at least 8
Scores of at least 600 in each SAT Subject Test, OR, a score of at least 3 on each AP exam.
The SAT Essay and ACT Writing section will no longer be required for admission for those applying to begin studies in September 2021
At least five different IGCSE/GCSE/Ordinary Level academic subjects
Four different Advanced Subsidiary (AS) academic subjects OR three different Advanced Level (A Level)/International Advanced Level academic subjects.
English IGCSE/GCSE/Ordinary/AS/A Level is required for all programs
The full Cambridge International Pre-U diploma including 3 Principal Subjects (or a combination of Advanced Level subjects and Principal Subjects) and the Global Perspectives and Independent Research Report (GPR)
